Privacy Policy
This site collects little: standard server logs and, if you write to us, the details you send. We do not sell your data. Order details are collected by the seller's checkout, which has its own policy. Contact the website inbox with privacy questions.

Privacy01
What does this policy cover?
It covers icognihoney.com, the information website. It does not cover the seller's checkout or the order desk.
Three separate parties can hold information about you, and each has its own rules. Knowing which one you are dealing with makes the policy easy to apply.
This website
Pages about the label, ingredients, safety and evidence. No accounts, no checkout, no newsletter sign-up.
The seller's checkout
Order buttons lead to a separate checkout. Your name, address and card details go there, not to us.
The order desk
Tracking and refunds on placed orders run through the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, under its own policy.
The site is run by Icognihoney, which describes itself as a "USA Authorized CogniHoney Retailer". It is not the manufacturer.
Privacy02
What do we collect?
Standard server logs, and anything you choose to send us by email. Nothing else is asked for.
Standard server logs can include an IP address, the browser and device type, the pages viewed and the time of the visit. They are the same records almost every web server keeps, and they help run and secure the site. If you email the website inbox, we also hold your address, your message and our reply. Do not send health details by email.
| Information | Collected by this site? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Name, address, phone | No | Entered only at the seller's checkout |
| Payment card details | No | Handled by the seller's checkout |
| Health details | No | The interactive checkers run in your browser and send nothing |
| Email you send us | Yes, if you write | Used to reply and to fix errors |
| Server logs | Routine | Page address, time, browser type and IP address |
Privacy03
Does the site use cookies or trackers?
The site's own scripts set no cookies and call no outside service.
The pages use a small script for interactive parts, such as the bottle hotspots, the medicine checker, the meal-clock slider and the FAQ search. That script runs in your browser. It does not store what you click or type, and it does not send it anywhere. Closing the tab clears it. Fonts load from the site itself.
- No advertising cookies are set by the site's own code.
- No social media pixels or analytics scripts are included in the pages.
- Order links open the seller's checkout, which may use cookies of its own.
- Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies on any site.
The company that hosts the site may add its own technical cookies or logs. If we add analytics or tracking in future, we will update this policy and the date on it before the change goes live.
Privacy04
How do we use what we collect?
To run and secure the site, to answer your message and to fix errors. We do not sell personal data.
Logs help us spot broken pages and abusive traffic. Email helps us answer you and correct the page you asked about. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share email addresses with the seller's marketing team. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the site from fraud and abuse.
Privacy05
What happens when you press an order button?
You leave this site and arrive at the seller's checkout. From then on, the seller's policy applies.
The button opens a short hand-off page and then the checkout. We may earn a commission when an order goes through, and the checkout may tell us that an order happened, but we do not see your card number, address or payment details. Order buttons carry the "sponsored" and "nofollow" link attributes so search engines treat them as paid links. Read the checkout's privacy policy before you enter your details, and see the FTC's advice on safe online shopping (FTC, Online Shopping).
Privacy06
Why should you not send health details?
Email is not a private medical channel, and we are not clinicians.
If you write about a symptom or a medicine, we may reply with a link, but we cannot give medical advice. Keep health details for your doctor or pharmacist. A bad reaction can also be reported to FDA through MedWatch (FDA MedWatch). Never send a card number, a password or a government ID number to us.
Privacy07
How long do we keep information, and who sees it?
Logs are kept only as long as the host's routine requires. Email is kept while it helps us answer you and fix errors.
Access is limited to the people who run the site and the host that stores it. We do not rent or trade lists. If you ask for deletion, we remove your messages from the website inbox, although we may keep a short note that a request was made and handled. We use ordinary safeguards, but no website or email system is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Privacy08
What rights do residents of some states have?
Laws in California and some other states can give you the right to know what a business holds, to correct it and to have it deleted.
Because this site collects so little, the practical answer is short. Write to the website inbox, name the state you live in and say which right you want to use. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The seller's checkout is a separate business with its own duties, and its privacy policy tells you how to make a request there.
Privacy09
How is the site secured?
Pages are delivered over an encrypted connection where your browser shows a padlock.
The FTC reminds shoppers that a padlock shows an encrypted connection, not a legitimate seller (FTC, Online Shopping). We apply that to ourselves: the padlock protects the page in transit, and it does not turn a retailer's information site into a manufacturer.
Privacy10
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold or to have it deleted. California and other state laws may give you rights.
Say which address you wrote from and what you want: a copy, a correction or deletion. We will answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We keep correspondence only as long as it helps us answer you and fix errors.
The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has written to us, tell the website inbox and we will delete the message.
Privacy11
How do we change this policy?
We post the new version on this address and move the date shown on the page.
A change that widens what we collect would be announced before it starts. A change that only clarifies the wording takes effect when posted. Questions about the policy go to [email protected].
