FAQ02

About the product

What is CogniHoney?

CogniHoney is a capsule dietary supplement sold for memory, focus and clarity support. The bottle render shows a black bottle with a gold band and a honeycomb-C emblem, and prints 30 capsules. It is not a drug, and the render shows no Supplement Facts panel.

What are the ingredients in CogniHoney?

The list given to this site for the sibling pack names eleven lines: Himalayan pink salt, cinnamon extract, AGP choline, bacopa monnieri (20%), lutein (5%), bilberry leaf powder, vitamin B6, ginkgo biloba powder, vitamin B12, zeaxanthin (5%) and green tea extract (50%). Confirm the list on your bottle.

Does CogniHoney contain honey?

The eleven names do not include honey. The word is in the brand name and the emblem, and the name alone tells you nothing about what is inside. Read the Supplement Facts panel and the other-ingredients line on the bottle that arrives.

How many milligrams are in each capsule?

No material given to this site prints any amount, so we state none. The percentages after bacopa, lutein, zeaxanthin and green tea extract have no stated meaning, and a percentage is not a milligram figure. The bottle's panel is the only place to read amounts.

Who makes CogniHoney?

The materials given to this site do not name the manufacturer or the distributor. This site is an information site, not the maker. If the label on your bottle names a maker, use that name when you ask questions or file a report.

Is CogniHoney a gummy, drop or powder?

No. It is a capsule, 30 on the render. Other forms with similar names may exist, and this site makes no statement about them. The capsule form is compared with others on the capsules page.

Why is the ingredient list called unconfirmed?

The list reached us with a sibling pack and was marked as needing confirmation against the current label. We have no photo of the back of the bottle, so we cannot check it. Compare it with the panel on the bottle in your hand.

FAQ03

Use and dose

How many CogniHoney capsules should I take a day?

The sibling-pack wording says two capsules daily with a full glass of water. Follow the directions on your own bottle if they differ. The render shows only the front, so we cannot read the directions ourselves.

When should I take CogniHoney?

The same wording gives about 30 to 60 minutes before the largest meal. No source we read tests timing for these ingredients, so treat it as the pack's instruction rather than a finding. Ask a pharmacist if you take other medicines.

How long does one bottle last?

At two capsules a day, a 30-capsule bottle lasts about 15 days. A 2-bottle pack lasts about 30 days, a 3-bottle pack about 45, and a 6-bottle pack about 90. Confirm the count per bottle, since the render prints 30 and a pack-level 60 has not been confirmed.

Can I take more than the directions say?

No. More is not better. Side effects with supplements are most likely at high doses or when many products are combined (NIH ODS, What You Need to Know). Several named lines, including vitamin B6 and green tea extract, carry upper-intake or liver cautions. Stay within the bottle's directions.

What if I miss a dose?

The materials do not say. A sensible habit is to skip the missed dose and take the next one at the usual time, rather than doubling up. Ask your pharmacist if you want advice for your own situation.

Can I take it on an empty stomach?

The sibling-pack wording ties the capsules to a meal window and a full glass of water. Green tea extract absorbed in one bolus on an empty stomach raises absorption of its main compound, which is a reason to follow the meal timing.

How long should I take it?

No duration is given in the materials. Bacopa trials ran 12 weeks or more, but those tested other products. Decide with a clinician, and use a dated log to judge for yourself. The results page explains how.

FAQ04

Does it work?

Does CogniHoney work?

Nobody can say, because no study has tested CogniHoney itself. Studies of single ingredients are small, short or negative for preventing memory decline. The benefits page sets each bottle claim beside the evidence.

Is CogniHoney clinically proven?

We found no trial of the product, so the phrase "clinically proven" has no support here. The FTC says benefit claims generally need randomized, controlled human testing of the product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). Treat the phrase as a warning on any memory supplement page.

Can CogniHoney prevent Alzheimer's disease or dementia?

No supplement is recommended for that. NIA says no vitamin or supplement is recommended to prevent Alzheimer's or other cognitive decline (NIA, Cognitive Health and Older Adults). A large ginkgo trial found no reduction in dementia (DeKosky 2008, GEM trial).

Is CogniHoney a treatment for ADHD?

No. It is not a treatment for ADHD or for any condition. If you have attention problems, talk to a clinician, who can check for sleep, mood, thyroid, medicine and other causes.

How long before I notice anything?

No timing is supported by a source. The only anchor is that bacopa trials lasted 12 weeks or more and found modest word-recall effects (Pase 2012, bacopa review). Many things change how you feel day to day, so a dated log is fairer than memory.

Is CogniHoney FDA approved?

No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before sale (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). A badge that says "FDA registered" would not mean approval, and this site does not publish those badges.

FAQ05

Safety and medicines

Is CogniHoney safe?

Nobody can say for the product, since no safety study covers it. Several named lines carry flags: ginkgo and bleeding, green tea extract and rare liver injury, cassia cinnamon and the liver, and alpha-GPC with a stroke association in a cohort. Ask a pharmacist.

Can I take CogniHoney with blood thinners?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. NCCIH notes that ginkgo may raise bleeding risk with anticoagulants (NCCIH, Ginkgo). Never stop a prescribed blood thinner on your own.

What are the side effects of CogniHoney?

The product's own are unknown. The named ingredients can cause stomach upset, dizziness, headache and sedation, and rarely liver injury. The side effects page lists them by ingredient and says when to stop and call.

Is CogniHoney safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Ask a physician first. Ginkgo is described as possibly unsafe in pregnancy (NCCIH, Ginkgo), and no safety data exist for this capsule in pregnancy or nursing.

What if I have surgery planned?

Tell the surgical team about every supplement, as early as you can. NCCIH says some supplements raise bleeding risk or change the response to anesthesia (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).

What if I think I am having a stroke?

Call 911 at once. Sudden face drooping, arm weakness, speech trouble, confusion or vision loss need emergency care and do not wait for a capsule (CDC, Stroke Signs and Symptoms).

Does CogniHoney contain caffeine?

The green tea extract line may. The list does not say, and no amount is printed. If you are sensitive to caffeine, check the bottle and ask a pharmacist.

FAQ06

Buying, shipping and refunds

How much does CogniHoney cost?

The price is a fill-in slot until a live checkout confirms it. The packs are 2, 3 and 6 bottles. We guess no figure and show no coupon, because none is known.

Where can I buy CogniHoney?

Use the order buttons on this site, which lead to the seller's checkout once the live address is added. No store listing is confirmed. Marketplace listings may carry a different count and no guarantee.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

The seller's materials name 60 days. Confirm the live wording, the start of the clock and whether opened bottles qualify before you order.

How do I get a refund?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then mail the bottles with tracking to 222 Broadway, Suite 1901, New York, NY 10038, USA. The buyer pays return shipping, and the refund follows 3 to 5 business days after the bottles are credited.

Is shipping free?

Not confirmed. Shipping and delivery time show at checkout, and we know of no free-shipping offer. Tracking arrives in your order email.

Who do I contact about an order?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected] with your order ID. The website inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders.

How do I check that my bottle is genuine?

Check the seal, compare the label with the render, and look for the lot. The seller references CH-26/IC-7909 and a CoA CH-7909-26-IC, which are seller references, not lab proof.

FAQ07

Reviews and trust

Are there CogniHoney reviews?

None are published yet. We add reviews only when we can match them to an order. We publish no star rating and no count, because we hold no verified data.

Why do the review cards look empty?

They are labelled slots. The sample reviews, scores and counts in the seller's materials are not used, because the FTC bans fake and misleading reviews (FTC, Final Rule Banning Fake Reviews).

Is CogniHoney legit?

It is a real-looking labelled supplement, but several things do not check out yet: no printed amounts, no product trial, and image badges that name no certifier. The legit page lists what checks out and what does not.

Is CogniHoney a scam?

We do not say that. We say what is unproven and what to confirm. Use the scam red flags guide to test any memory supplement page, including this one.

Why does the bottle show badges for GMP or non-GMO?

The badge images name no certifier, so this site does not publish them or treat them as proof. A badge is a drawing. A certificate names who inspected what and when.

Are there other products with a similar name?

Yes, similar names turn up in searches. This site covers only CogniHoney capsules and makes no claim about any other product. The name confusion page explains how to tell.

FAQ08

About this website

Is this the manufacturer's website?

No. This is an information site for a seller that describes itself as "USA Authorized CogniHoney Retailer". We are not the maker or the distributor.

Does this site earn money?

Yes, it may earn a commission when you order through an order button. It does not change what we write about evidence, and it is why we state what we cannot confirm.

Who writes and reviews these pages?

The pages are written by the CogniHoney label desk. A medical reviewer slot is printed by the build and no reviewer is named until one is confirmed. We do not write "doctor reviewed".

How do you source health claims?

Each claim links to a public source such as NIH, NIA, NCCIH, FDA, FTC or a published trial. We cite only what the source supports, and where there is no source we say so.

Where do I report an error on a page?

Write to [email protected] with the page and the line. The inbox handles pages, typos, privacy and press, weekdays 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders.
