Brain Supplements for Memory and Focus: A Reading Guide
To read a memory and focus supplement label, check the amounts, the extract names, other ingredients, warnings and the FDA statement, then compare the milligrams with studied doses. The CogniHoney render shows the bottle front only, so no amount, warning or other-ingredients line can be read from it.

How do you read a memory and focus supplement label?
Read five things in order: amounts, extract names, other ingredients, warnings and the FDA statement.
A real Supplement Facts panel answers all five. A front panel answers none of them. If you can only see the front, you have not read the label yet.
| Check | Good answer | Gap if missing |
|---|---|---|
| Amounts | A milligram figure beside each line | You cannot compare with a studied dose |
| Extract names | Species, plant part and standardization | Trials name the extract they tested |
| Other ingredients | Fillers, capsule shell, allergens | Allergy and sensitivity risk unknown |
| Warnings | Medicine and pregnancy cautions | Interaction risk unflagged |
| FDA statement | Not evaluated by FDA, not meant to treat disease | Claim wording is unreviewed |
What does the front of the CogniHoney bottle show?
The brand, the front line, three icon lines, the count and the words "Dietary Supplement". Nothing more.
The numbered render below marks each element. No Supplement Facts panel, other-ingredients line, warnings, lot or best-before date appears in any image given to this site.
Tap a number to read that part of the bottle front.
- Honeycomb-C emblem
A gold hexagon cell shape with a C inside it. A logo only; it carries no words or claim.
- CogniHoney wordmark
The brand name, with 'Cogni' in white and 'Honey' in gold. The list given to this site names no honey among the ingredients.
- Front line
'Advanced Cognitive Support For Memory, Focus & Clarity*'. The asterisk points to the FDA statement. Marketing words, not a finding.
- Memory & Recall Support*
The first of three icon lines on the right of the bottle. A claim-style phrase with an asterisk; it names no condition and no result.
- Focus & Mental Clarity Formula*
The second icon line. No trial has tested this product for focus or clarity.
- Supports Cognitive Health*
The third icon line. 'Supports' wording is structure/function language that FDA does not approve before sale.
- 30 Capsules Count
The count on the bottle render. At two capsules a day (the sibling-pack wording) a bottle lasts 15 days; at one a day, 30.
- Dietary Supplement
A supplement, not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
How do you compare amounts with studied doses?
Match the extract and the milligrams, then check how long the trial lasted.
Bacopa trials used standardized extract at 300 to 450 mg a day, typically standardized to 24% to 55% bacosides, for 12 weeks or more (StatPearls, Bacopa monnieri). Ginkgo's large trial used 120 mg of extract twice a day (NCCIH, Ginkgo). Those are other people's trials of other products.
The list given to this site for the sibling pack names bacopa (20%), but the percentage has no stated basis and no milligram amount exists. We do not guess one.
Compare on the studied doses page.

See packsWhat does the FDA statement tell you?
That the maker is describing a nutrient's role, not proving a treatment.
A supplement may describe a role in normal body structure or function if the maker has substantiation, and the label must say FDA has not evaluated the claim and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). Lines such as "Supports Cognitive Health*" belong to that class, and the asterisk points to the statement.
Confirm all five checks on the bottle that arrives. If something is blank, ask the seller before you take a capsule. Two a day makes a 30-capsule bottle last 15 days; confirm the count.

FAQ01
CogniHoney questions people ask
What should be on a supplement label?
A Supplement Facts panel with serving size and amounts, other ingredients, directions, warnings and the FDA disclaimer. A front panel alone is not a label.
What does the asterisk on memory supplement claims mean?
It points to the statement that FDA has not evaluated the claim and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Why do extract names and percentages matter?
Trials test a named, standardized extract. A percentage without a stated basis cannot be matched to those trials.
Does CogniHoney show a full label in its images?
No. The renders show the front of the bottle only, so confirm the facts panel on the bottle that arrives.
